Saw this weird car in the parking lot of a Richmond Chinese mall. It looked like a fridge on wheels! Couldn't quite figure out what kind of car it was. Maybe it's been modified? And then look at the dash board! It's paved with white plush! The owner must be really diligent in vacuuming.

it's a Toyota Scion xB. They come like that. (w/o the shag carpetted dash).
They're not available in Canada. But I've seen a few BC plated ones already. Not sure how. Probably imported illegally.
