Thanks Totsu for the cookies, and thanks Sora for sending it! (^_^)I've been curious about this item ever since I saw it on Kishoku no Yakata. Never thought I'd have a chance to actually try it. Thanks again!! This is very similar to the butterfly cookies in Chinese bakery. (Butterfly cookie is just a nick name. It's real name is probably different.) Eel powder is in the ingredient list. There's also honey, which shows up quite prominently in the taste. It's delicious!!!! A friend thinks it's a little too sweet, though. Oh, one more thing. I'm super impressed about how little crumbs that fall out. For something that flicky, I'd expect to make a mess, but not! Good job!
