A bulldozer showed up and the old house 2 houses from us was demolished. It only took a few hours. First some people seemed to come salvaged some stuff, then the bulldozer dug into the roof. Next time I looked, the bulldozer was sitting on top of a huge pile of scrap, still digging into the surroundings. The whole house was gone before sun set.
I though the other house would have all the soil filled in, but when I took a closer look today, only half was filled in. I guess they didn't do it all in one day. It's interesting to see the structure of a house from the very bottom.No cats today...
