Thanks for holding off until cousin K's gone. However, still had to deal with drainage system estimate. 2 companies came, and 2 other over the phone. It's gonna be at least 20 thousand bucks. (Can go up to 35 thousand.)
With the vampire and drugs, I kept dosing off at my desk all day. Sigh...Haven't had time to look at the house nearby and it's got drainage system installed already. Darn, missed the chance to ask for an estimate. I wonder how far the other house has progressed.
