the "black Friday 13th" is derived from a lot of really old myths made of mumbo jumbo .
Two of the biggest come from christianity. The first being the nights of templar where almost all killed by the king of france searcing for the holy grail. on the 13 of a friday.

of course theres the 13th deciple of jesus who betrailed his dear friend.

And some even say that jesus died on friday the 13th. ( oh and a side note jesus was NOT born on christmas day just so you know. that is a pagan holiday hahhahaha)

now the there are a few non christian views for friday the 13th. I think the biggest would be norse mythology. on friday the 13th the norse gods had a big dinner and all 12 were invited. but one felt left out, and that was Loki, evil god etc came, killed the god of happiness brightness and so on, which in turn plunged the earth in to darkness.

So you see.. Friday the 13th Is pretty much all in your head. Bad things happen on that day mainly becasue so many people believe it to be so. The power of thought and belief is a very strong thing...

Haha... yup. And ya know, Chinese are probably the most superstitious people. If everyone are more careful on black Friday, shouldn't there be fewer accidents, then?

I do belief in the power of though. Somehow I have a strong feeling that it's linked to evolution.
