(Photo has nothing to do with subject...) The florescent light overheats and turns itself off. (Comes back automatically when it's cool enough.) I'm 200% sure my previous computer would do the same.
Turning the computer off soothes the heat a little, but then I'd be working on beads without net radio. This heat sure doesn't help when you're trying to do intricate stuff.
